Choke from the Front/Back, with and without a Push Review
Choke from the Front Against the Wall
Some Suggested Games and Drills:
• Plank Position Holds, Jump Over Crawl Unders w/Partner
• Striking Drill: Half the class holding pads (1 Hammer Fist, 1 Palm, 1 Groin Kick, 1 Knees and fill in the rest). Max effort until you hear SWITCH…slide 1 pad down to the left. If there is an odd number, odd man out does sprawls.
• Whale Tales (abs)
