What is “DayOne”?

This page reflects the updated and current process as of the Fall 2020 with considerations for COVID-19
01. Discovery
Upon arrival you’ll check in at the front desk where an awesome member of our staff will meet you and begin the process of getting to know you. Like a first date, you’ll learn about us and we’ll learn about you, so we can best get you started towards crushing your specific goals.
Book a zoom call with us (rumor has it, you can’t catch COVID via Zoom! haha). Consider this like a first date. We’ll learn about your goals and discover how we can best get you started!
02. Tailor
Based on your individual goals, we will tailor the program to you! Each of us is different. Our taste preferences, our personal goals, our schedule, etc… We will tailor a program to make sure you get the results you want as fast as possible!
03. Schedule
We will pick a day and time that best fits your schedule for your first class and free week to begin! This is where the fun really begins!!

Our workouts leave you feeling awesome and looking great. However, we know that getting started with fitness can cause some anxiety. That’s why we created DayOne – the proper introduction to our blend of fitness, to ensure that your DayOne is just the first of many.
