Tom is a husband and father of two girls and knows all too well the struggle of finding time for fitness while still maintaining a healthy family life. A former collegiate baseball player, Tom found being fit fairly easy growing up. Like many of us, staying in shape became increasingly more difficult as he got older and his metabolism slowed down. After the traditional gym became boring and P90x no longer produced new results he walked into Blue TItan to try CrossFit and never looked back. After coaching youth sports for many years Tom was naturally drawn to further his CrossFit knowledge and helping others by becoming a coach. Naturally competitive, he looks for all the latest information to work both harder and smarter and constantly shares that knowledge with his students.
