• Drill – WRIST RELEASES:
1 Wrist Grabber, 1 Defender. Defend against the wrist grab and give commands. Wrist grabber backs up, picks up pad and walks towards defender. Defender yells and “pushes back”. Wrist grabber continues to walk towards. Strike as hard as you can for 5 Hippopotamus’
